About Stacey

An award-winning creative leader who successfully balances the line between creativity and fiscal responsibility, I maximize my diverse international experience in producing, marketing, and communications to mold stories from concept to fruition and facilitates an environment that empowers artists to tell amazing stories that inspire people to rethink their view of the world.

My versatile professional responsibilities span the spectrum from entrepreneurship to working with Fortune 500 international companies. I maximize my key skills of production, budget management, and strategic communications to successfully manage multimillion-dollar projects, build collaborative relationships, and create environments that emphasize diversity and empowerment. I created integrated marketing strategies for theatrical releases for niche markets for all film releases for Columbia Pictures and Screen Gems on award-winning films as Social Network, Moneyball, The Karate Kid, Jumping the Broom, 21 Jump Street and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. These experiences and accolades have equipped me to pursue and excel at my current role as producer while creating opportunities where artists are supported and empowered to bring their impactful stories to life.

Due to my track record for personal and professional excellence, I have been described as a leader that achieves milestones, over delivers and basically “causes it to be done” --all while maintaining keen attention on the needs and contributions of my team. My efforts were most notably recognized by receiving the Advertising Agency of America’s prestigious ADDY Award for creative ad development, “100 Fastest Growing Companies” two years in a row for operations excellence and the Philadelphia Mayoral award for Entrepreneurship.

My personal passions include travel, photography, and pursuing advocacy efforts for diversity, equity and inclusion. I pioneered the entertainment industry’s first HBCU Internship increasing opportunities for careers with BIPOC students and co-authored the nation’s first demographic study on african-american legal statistics for the National Bar Association. I now focus on telling stories that depict the unique experiences of women in untraditional roles, and untold significant events throughout african-american history. My insatiable curiosity drives me to always be open to new experiences, perspectives and learnings.

I am a board member of F.R.O.G, a non-profit service org serving Guyana, South America.
