A Weekly New Music ONLY, continuous contest tv show, using new music voting, sales, and downloads.  Purchases counting higher than just a online vote.

Each Episode everyone gets to perform 1 song as a personal concert performance of their choice. Then the Audience finding out who won, next episode.

Each contestant has to post their song to the website first.. and top that chart, to make the show.  After Singing, and voting.   Online Votes, sales and downloads determining the winner.  Then Half the Contestants not making the next show. 

The First Show taking the Top 10 of the Internet. After that, the Top 5 Make the Show.

Instead of finding out the winner in a special episode, the winner chooses to open or close the next show.   The person coming in from the internet then getting the other position of open or closer. So each episode opens with a number 1 on each end.

Each Contestants goal is to stay on the show as long as possible.  Each episode constantly creating and releasing new music, trying to stay in the Top 5.  Each contestant building on their careers, instead of doing a highly rated karaoke contest. 

SYNOPSIS:

Each Episode everyone gets to perform 1 song as a personal concert performance of their choice. Then the Audience finding out who won, next episode.

10 artists sing, an then voting, and the bottom 5 are dropped each show, Finding Out who is in the Top 5, the Next Show. (could be 20 songs and 10 carry..? )

If you dont make the Top 5, you have to start completely over in the website with a new song.

The Series Finale could be this seasons Top Artists based on sales and votes go in order Ending with Number 1.

It needs a website where Each Posted Submission also joins a music sales site like apple music. Each Purchased download should count as 5-10 votes in the contest.. I could see a cheaper place to sell music, coming out just to get more votes .. It might have to change the amount a purchase is worth. ?

I would think the voting group should be a social media profile you create to not only post music to the contest, but be able to vote. It would be not wrong to require a bank card verification of profile, since we would be promoting real music and that would limit bs votes.

So a person that sells a bunch of downloads but not a ton of votes on the site, is ok, the show monitoring it and each artist having their demographics shown and tracked on each song.. So each artist should be working on marketing their wares, and writing new music, making new songs. The contest is for people with a album, but one hit wonders will still shine.

Its the way a contest can run and the artist becomes a real artist, not a karaoke artist. I want to see artists doing the long term, correct way it should go.. so then sales gets rewarded with 10 x the votes.
