I have this Unlimited Tractor Pull Tv Show
The idea is bringing new clean tires and fuel to a dirty sport.  They are knowingly still using cancerous diesel and tires, after I showed them.   They changed the rules in their book, based on other things I suggested to them, then didnt discuss the issue.  So I came to a Cool Unlimiteds Show, Replacing Them with Something Cooler, and main rule being ONLY water to hydrogen fuel injection and electrics allowed. 

Unlimited Tractor Pull League, that would start as a cast.  . into a show, the public can take over from the cast as the power increases.  

The Kind of a Show, where you can run anything as long as it has all the safety devices and features.. and it fits inside 2 or 3 normal size semis trailers when arriving and leaving the track.  

2 Leagues.  
1st League.  Must Fit in 2 semis.  Then a decided on max length, height, and width when on the track.  Somewhere around 26- 30 feet long.. 15 feet wide.  ?   Could change.  
2nd League.  Must Fit in 3 semis.  Same as above.  
Must Pass over Scales Arriving.  
What that Means is Down the Road is 3 Semis and 4 Semi Teams.  For Each Tractor.  Cause they will pack them.  Im sure Rv and tools semis will be a part of most teams.  I would try a water tank design that the 3rd trailer fills up the weight as it gets a bigger league.

Each competitor has a acting contract as part of the deal, and its a reality follow, but with WWE, like design.  So The Camera Crew, interviews different teams, and they can challenge other teams to pull offs.  They can talk up their team as the best before the pull.. they can make up dramas.  no real fighting allowed, any fight scenes need signed off on.. etc.  I would think once you have something, you have to make one or two improvements each season.   .  

Id like to see the Mains GF, A French Canadian Puller, whos family has long been in the sport, and Her dad just died of diesel cancer.. and then she tries to make them swap to hydrogen.  They wont listen.

And He now starts training only with a water to hydrogen system she purchased and isnt allowed to use.

In competition.. He Shows Up and Runs Dads Old Super Stock tractor that Was Number ! when He Died..  He runs it, and doesnt Say anything. . and there isnt a black smoke and he outpulls everyone.. (by a 100 foot more.) and He Gets Caught.   Says the Wrong Things.. (well i think says the right things.. but wrong to them.)  and Then is Banned from the Sport. 

She Could be kinda proud of His Move.. And Helps Him starting His Own New League.   She starting Her Own Team to Compete against His.

Both leagues are decided on a main rule being it has to fit in 2 semi trucks , the other being fit in 3 semi trucks.   It all has come in, and leave in specific size amount or a dq.  The trailers can have "lift air" displacing weight to aid in getting more weight to the track.     I would think a water tank that id fill after parking you have to bring the water in the trailer truck combo.. to take advantage of the tractor is allowed to bring displacing weight even, as long as legal highway weight.
Any Power Adder, and engine design is allowed, as long as not thrust as the movement, like a rocket or any danger to the crowd is banned.  It has to pass a safety discussion before allowed.. and has to pass a safety checklist of things to pass.  
The idea, we wil find new advances on this show.  Most of ALL it will be BAD ASS .. So much power to the ground competition.  Like nothing ever EVEN SEEN.
It all having to have current track rules to safely contain destruction.. some things will need to have destruction tests done before allowed to compete or.. making a for sure containment device to all parts of the power system.  All have to have brakes.. and the axles contained should they break.   Maybe even automatic brakes.. all with a judge controlled engine cut off switches, that can get hacked in the pilot..  Each with a forward the throttle lever, ads power, pull takes away power.   Like current tractors.  Any amount of powered drives to tires or track or whatever you are using.. as long as its not a throwing off studs or bars or anything .  it has to pass current tire and track rules?
Each track without a person in harms way flagging, instead using lights, when no contact immediately to the driver,  cut off by your track person for you.
Manually shifted trans.. with clutch allowed..  or Auto with D, N, and P.   I would use a basic copy of current pull league things.  Then modify it as people try to come up with new ways, and allow it as long as its lawful and safe.   
The main rule would be having to have a staying the same height hitch when pulling, or within a limit allowed when pulling that is digitally measured by the sled.  Thats the main thing you find is the governing factor to a sled.  If you lift it, it doesnt dig as much.   
I want a full cage around each driver, collapsing steering, everything with front and rear steering.  . most power as possible to the ground.  As many tires as you want.  
Then the prize goes up each episode.   The new winning weight, is this episodes weight plus an extra amount, to win the prize money next show.  So each show, is questioning will they win the grand prize amount, or just the 1st place .  they can have a pull off for the grand prize between the top Ten each episode, after the initial 1st place won.  Giving the top 10 a second chance to pull for a max weight.  Some will tune to last till then.  
Everyone Gets Two Pulls.  One, Then Next League Goes.  Then Second, then Next League.. then Finals, where the Top 10 then Compete with Higher weights.    
There could be a aspect of He tries to fund a separate prize for certain weights pulled equal to that amount.  So like a Prize at 300K lbs of $300K.  And Each Time a Weight Is Passed, there is a pull off, for that prize.  That Quickly becomes $600K then He Has to Move it Too a Million lbs.. and He has to come up with the prize money.   And is having personal problems .  coming up with the prize money.   
This competitor and league owner is floating things to come up with the money for the competitors to win.  It not worked out yet, and sponsors are back and forth.. and all kinds of calamity that is scripted .. into it worked out.  They could even turn down offers to sell.. ?      
He could have to cancel the Prize till He has it.    
Some competitors quitting, until the prize is there again.. not willing to fire it up now? ?    

Each New Competitor, doesnt have to have scripted parts.   But where the reporters ask alot of in depth wicked questions.. since nothing is outlawed.   I wanna Know what is their power devices and how are they using them.  What elements are they using that would be cheating in a different league?   I want to see crazy ideas tried with safety of upmost importance.
Along with only non butadiene tires, hoses, and belts allowed.  Only Safe Engine Oils and non cancerous Hydrolic Oils.  (Jet engines and vehicles can run peroxide or water.  Lets limit it at 10% max peroxide mix.   )
He could run into problems finding Venue's wanting to host, then finding one wanting to host the whole season, that is farther away..  and they offer him a third league.. a leave it here league.   
He could have a stop in Canada, then when teams come back, the border governor gives the main teams a hard time, so His Sons Team, can compete without the leader, in the next competition soon after.

About 4 events in..it opens to the public.   Join the field, but you have to sign a actor and competitor agreement.. where you are expected each episode to come up with your own story line .  you can start something with someone else, as long as they also write up theirs as including what you plan to do.   
You are encouraged to create unbelievable designed projects over your initial basic designs.. as well as sponsors helped lined up for them, if they dont have any yet.   Sponsors might even provide a team with a tractor of their design as a thing some sponsors do.
The Show going from a scripted thing, that explains the teams, to opens up to public created storylines and lies..
Filmed with breaks if needed and edited.  Live Crowd, but a reality show with a semi scripted concept, each discussed before filming.  Each team with a writer they are assigned and can hire their own.   
It can go into ProWrestling like Fighting, but not into contact allowed, unless scripted.  
It could also have the crowd with planted parts of the show.. I wanna see competitors pumping up the crowd.. I wanna see monster trucks doing tricks.. i wanna see cool wheel stander monster truck stuff, between runs going on.   Its gonna draw every gear head to the tv each time its on.   
The cast creates a new league that is Full on Unlimiteds, with the main rule, having to run non cancerous water or electric, nothing else allowed.. along with only non butadiene tires, hoses, and belts allowed.   (The jet engines can run peroxide or water.  Stanley Meyers 1990 water to hydrogen system.  While Tractor pull is using cancerous diesel.  Here is a Water to Hydrogen System that could be used.  https://google.com/patents/WO1...   
I included this "cause" because there is a media blackout in Fuels that are Cancerous... like diesel, gasoline, and Jet A, and a separate blackout for rubber that is cancerous.. all use benzene and its breast cancer.  Butadiene is Large Cell Lymphoma and Leukemia.  ALL new Tires.. are in the Blacked out recall.  All Factory Tires.   Semi Tractor, Farm Tractor,  Earth Mover, Airplane, Car and Truck.   The Fix is hemp tar, and pine tar.

He would also ban all benzene fuels, and only water to hydrogen fuel injections systems like the Jet 1 and stanley meyers systems allowed.. peroxide also allowed.

.  I think it could be way more romanticized f it opens in 2wd trucks, where His truck is a cab forward vw van truck, with a offroad front suspension to absorb impacts, with a box in the middle of the bed, that is the engine.. and it asks.  "Whats in the Box??"  Text To this Number to win Merch..

It having a hydrogen peroxide powered 6 rotor mazda running  on 150 psi air compressor tanks hidden as the frame of the truck..  as the power adder, and only exhaust out the box.  You cant see a hole that is the intakes, ?  (Cause its open a air valve just a little, to turn on, and open farther to make it run harder.)   
Where the fuel and water lines and controls are even done hidden like.. It looks like a Box, behind the cab, with a smoke stack out the top, that the driver changes what He lights on fire with the exhaust each run.  Sometimes it staying together.. but Like a palm tree thing.. a windsock guy.. different joke things.

( Movie..  gang busts people.. cops take in gang instead of criminals.   Lets say.. Dave Chappelle as shaggy and just makes up the voice of the dog whenever with the dog .. as a joke.  Dion Cole as Fred.  And they find a media blackout on cancer research, and keep getting locked up when confronting news and media people. )   
Into the Main loves the movie concept, and makes it His truck.. then gets caught cheating with hydrogen instead of diesel.   Then creates a fight that ends with creating their own league and leaving the other league completely.  There then would be a group of people that leave with the main.  

I would do Jet engines on a track drive, with a custom frame.   as one team.. It would go into  building His unlimited tractor, and coming up with Legal "cheats" to later use.. one being carry water, and transfer it as the run goes?

There could be Adjusting the weight on the drives.  
One thing will be Rear Steer will make much better runs than the other shows..  

Tracks as the drive is allowed. 

No spikes or anything that can break off with wheel spin is allowed. 

Metal tires could be allowed till there is non butadiene rubber tire made.. but they are unsettling and look unsafe.  There could be a incident and they change the rule to must be rubber? 

There is a rule of no changing height of the pull point when pulling above or below a certain range.  Where as.. if the steer method is changing air in the rear tires, they have to keep the hitch point at a certain height.  Rear steer can also be changing the height of the outer bearing, or even moving the outer knuckles like a 4x4 front has.  I want to experience a bunch of new ideas. 

Another Team Could be a 8 by, military truck with multiple engines. 

A bunch of sponsored engine teams without a worked out frame set up.   Teams with a sponsoring engines made by .. and then each different frame ideas.  
Then We see Current tractors, that have worked out set ups from other leagues, competing until someone gets going.  In the first few.. current real tractor teams might beat up on the casts designs.  Some pull better than cast im sure.. early.  

A caterpillar excavator base narrowed, and maybe even a second worked in.. with multiple engines..

It should have full cages only, and fire walls between all drivers and the fans, as well as correct thickness protections and made up extra protections when anything is questioned..  anything moving.   He might lose his mind a bit, (meth) and someone has to take over the series from him?  It could even have chases in the movie.. like a dude mad about it all, being blamed for peoples cancers..  comes at him.. an other wants to race with the race tractor and they race tractors around town??  

SYNOPSIS:

A New Tractor Pull Show that Is Power To The Extreme, to draw real crowds to a new sport.. a sport filled with creative ideas for teams, that everything is encouraged. Along with a plot that is designed to point out a flaw in a sport with a bunch of money and sponsors all looking the other way.

It could have a bunch of non-sense most of the time, along with different ideas people are gonna try explained.. and until its under weight, we wont know.. and together we'll find. Thats what I want to see, but done in a semi scripted reality follow format.
