My first gig in the creative industry was as a production manager for a music video. From there, I've went and tried other positions a filming production has to offer just to really understand how the game plays. Now I mostly direct shortfilms of my own. I still do some production management. But mostly I am a writer - creative, content, TV script, screen, commercial ad script, novel, stage even radio drama script. You name it just put the word "writer" at the end. I even create content by pitching ideas, brainstorming them, involve in writers' room and even become a pitching panel for a local TV station. Above all that, I've learnt that being humble and down to earth goes a long way and creates more opportunity to be creative.
