Noella Catheline Borie

Noella Borie David is a Creative and detail-oriented art director with a strong background in traditional animation, illustration and film production. She’s a fearless Artist willing to take creative risks and push conceptual boundaries to create amazing visual content. Experienced with comic strip work and publishing. Her first short animated film "faceless Neil in the Face shop" earned her a dozen awards and a entry at Canne film festival's market. Her following film "out of the darkness" is now available on Amazon prime. She is currently developing multiple animated film project she's trying to find production for.

Noella was born in Paris in 1986 and raised near Geneva, Switzerland. She grew up speaking French, Italian, and English while living in Europe, but her fascination with Japanese animation and literature prompted her to move to Japan where she promptly immersed herself in the culture and became fluent in the language after living there for only one year. This trip solidified her passion for animation and soon after, she was accepted to Parsons The New School for design where she excelled in her animation courses and not only completed her bachelors in fine arts with honors, but her film was unanimously selected by her professors as the best animation film in her program of 1500 students. Since graduating, Noella has been living in New York City the past 12 years. Her broad experiences living in Europe, Japan, and New York and her fluency in four languages makes her a diverse world citizen. She worked on many short films, commercials and social medias campaigns. She currently works for Viacom creating short animated content. Inquire about Awards and film festival selections.
