Marilou Trask-Curtin

I have been a writer since age three when I penned my first short, short story about "The Little Hurt Bird." I am a published author--first book titled "In My Grandfather's House: A Catskill Journal" (memoir) Prostar Publications. Second book released 5/12 by Llewellyn Publications: "Dreaming of the Dead: Personal Stories of Comfort and Hope" (also memoir) I have had two of my screenplays place highly in contests: Austin Heart of Film Festival (historical drama) and Screenplay Festival(family drama) semi-finalist and finalist status respectively. I am also a playwright, public speaker and ghostwriter. I Love screenwriting and am wondering how one gets anything produced--so that's why I'm here with fingers crossed for that magical moment when someone says-let's produce your screenplay(s)!
