About Mona

Playwright, screenwriter, writer of short stories. Published and produced playwright. American Writers Review, Summer issues 2019 and 2018 - published short stories. Ten of my plays have been produced in the LA area. Several others have received public readings. I made a short film in the 48-Hour Film Project in 2014 - I was producer, writer, casting director, cook for the cast and crew, and selector and performer of music. (Working with the editor to drop in the music was an awesome experience.) I had a blast. I write in multiple genres - comedy, black comedy, sci fi, drama, historical. Seeking representation.

Unique traits: I made a movie in 48 hours! Team Leader in the 48 Hour Film Project. Two of my short stories have been published. Ten plays produced in Southern California.
