Samantha Mileski

Samantha Mileski is a professional SFX Artist local to NY, also known as AgedBlood FX. She has always had a love for makeup and the horror industry. She worked as part of the makeup department at a haunted house in her hometown in CT and since then has fallen in love with craft. She received her associates from Tom Savinis Special Effects Program in Monessen PA. From there she moved to Atlanta GA where she was head of the paint department for Scenario Custom Scenery. She eventually moved to NY where she freelanced for a number of Scenic shops, creating sets and painting for Broadway. She is also award winning from Tom Devlin's Monster Makeup Showdown. She has worked on many Independent and Feature films since moving to NY and just landed head of the makeup team on a Netflix series coming out in the spring. Throughout this past summer she was accepted in the Mentorship Program. This was a huge opportunity where 20 people from the country are selected and paired with professionals in the industry to be their mentors. Samantha was paired with Mike Mekash known for his work on American Horror Story and Guardians of the Galaxy. This was a huge opportunity and she still uses all the new skills and techniques she was taught. Including working part time for the medical industry making realistic prosthetics for future doctors to practice on. She continues to put her career first and exceed expectations. She is now the featured SFX artist for new movies coming out, "Anomaly" directed by Terry R. Wickham and "An Angry Boy" directed by Andrew Fitzgerald.
