Tobias Meinken

Tobias Meinken, born in 1971, captured his first video clips while diving in some remote waters off Costa Rica in 2005. His passion for digital video developed from a strong desire to capture still images. While working as professional diver for many years, he supported various film crews and projects along the way.
In 2009, he established his own film production company FOUR ELEMENTS VIDEO. Selected films gained prices and recognition at international film festivals. Tobias produces documentaries, works as camera and underwater camera operator and editor/cutter for television and corporate film productions.
In 2021, Tobias established together with his long-term colleague, Jan Lucas Krull, a new film production company called FilmCrew Hamburg.
