Her first narrative short film, Separation, won over 50 awards in various film festivals, and she has directed the 10 episodes of Pippi Ki Kahani, a dramatic reading of Urdu translated stories from Pippi Longstocking and a series of sketches that discuss gender issues that men face, Guy Talk. She has also taught drama and film to the youths.

Many of Vicky's works revolve around working on empowerment, diversity, and finding strength from within and your identity. She works with youths, encouraging them to use their voices to speak up about stories that matter to them. Her ultimate goal is to contribute to increasing kindness in this world by hearing everyone's story. She has multiple designations and roles depending on projects and does not stop working on and contributing to interesting stories.
