About Aiko

Aiko Brown is a Director/Producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her BFA in Fine Arts from Rosemont College. Since graduating, she's freelanced as a Production Assistant for Netflix, AMC, and HBO networks and recently produced short films, pilots in a variety of genres such as sci-fi, drama, and comedy. Making her Directorial debut in the comedy drama series "Layered," which was also filmed in her hometown of Philadelphia. Aiko’s goals as a Director and Producer is to create complex and interesting stories of women and minorities while advocating for more diversity behind the scenes as well. Currently Aiko is looking for opportunities to shadow Directors and Producers and work her way to direct feature films and tv series.
