Carolyn Banks is an internationally published novelist and short story writer. She wrote and directed the feature comedy-horror movie INVICTA, and scripted the feature-length documentary, THE FIRE. She has produced, directed and/or written innumberable short movies and is the founder of Bastrop Community Access Television in Bastrop. She was awarded an Austin Film Society grant for her short, SEX AND THE SEPTUAGENARIAN, which played in festivals in the United States and Canada.
