I am Kaushini Peiris, a nursing professional and academic with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and a licensed RN. I have experience working as a demonstrator and assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, where I am passionate about helping nursing students bridge the gap between theory and clinical practice.
