Jordan Orlando (she/her) grew up and lived in New Jersey her entire life. She studied theatre in high school at the Bergen County Academies in Hackensack, New Jersey. In addition to catapulting her knowledge and experience in theatre, she also discovered a love of film and tv and writing during this time as well. In addition to having co-directed and written an independent short film, she also wrote, directed, shot, and edited her own short film and directed and edited her own virtual one-act play. She also has experience writing reviews and with media criticism. Her biggest passion, however, lies in writing. She has several one-act plays, short screenplays, and short stories under her belt, and hopes through her education at Ithaca College's Park School of Communications to have and develop even bigger and better projects under her belt! She loves to write stories that feature sci-fi, fantasy, or supernatural elements. Some of her favorite movies are "The Shining," "Coraline," "Pan's Labyrinth" and "Spider-man: Into the Spiderverse."
