Coming up through the ranks of production and cutting my teeth on music videos, I've produced 500 or so television commercials for clients such as McDonalds, Mastercard, Mercedes, BMW. I have also produced television inserts for National Geographic and Discovery Network as well as advising on a trilogy of documentaries, "35 Cows & a Kalashnikov". My work has seen me shoot in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Mauritius, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon, Congo and Brazzaville. In addition I have shot in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and several European countries. I served as UPM (credited as PM) on the Warner Bros. feature film 10'000BC, helmed by Roland Emmerich ( Day After Tomorrow / Independence Day).
As a writer I have completed numerous assignments, from a feature titled "La Paz" currently being developed for TV in Germany to a short film for TBWA Berlin / Art For Amnesty for a short film commemorating 50 Years of Amnesty International. My short, "The Hunter", was directed by acclaimed commercials director Kevin Fitzgerald. Currently I have two features in development in Australia, a musical / drama and a psychological horror.
