About Catherine

Growing up in Los Angeles, I saw the industry first hand...and ran the other way! :) After a law degree and secretly taking classes in the art and film school, I finally decided to follow my passion, working first as a photojournalist, producer of news and documentary films, and eventually, found my creative work connected with other people and universal themes reaching people across borders and boundaries. I have worked and lived in Mexico and Canada, and now reside back in the area where my father's family lived for many, many generations, San Francisco and the Bay Area.
