Bij de Stichting Herstelling bestond de behoefte om het unieke verhaal van hun reintegratiemethode voor jongeren met een grote afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, uit te dragen. Het medium film is daarvoor natuurlijk bij uitstek geschikt en Workstation en Dutch Indies produceerde samen een documentaire die recht deed aan het verhaal van Herstelling.
