  • General Hospital

    General Hospital (2010 - 2015)
Television (Drama and Romance) Actress During the original show up through the 1970s, the show primarily covered Dr. Steve Hardy (John Beradino) and his friend, Nurse Jessie Brewer (Emily McLaughlin). Late in the 1970s, the show was doing badly in the ratings, so a new executive producer, Gloria Monty, decided to move the show's focus away from the hospital and onto material more relevant to a younger audience than the stereotypical "bored housewife", thus bringing in Luke and Laura, (Anthony Geary and Genie Francis) and eventually having them marry in a stereotypical fantasy wedding that would not be matched until the real-life marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana. • Modern Family

    Modern Family (2015)
Television (Comedy and Romance) Actress Told from the perspective of an unseen documentary filmmaker, the series offers an honest, often-hilarious perspective of family life. Parents Phil and Claire yearn for an honest, open relationship with their three kids. But a daughter who is trying to grow up too fast, another who is too smart for her own good, and a rambunctious young son make it challenging. Claire's dad, Jay, and his Latina wife, Gloria, are raising two sons together, but people sometimes believe Jay to be Gloria's father. Jay's gay son, Mitchell, and his partner, Cameron, have adopted a little Asian girl, completing one big -- straight, gay, multicultural, traditional -- happy family. Written by Jwelch5742

  • Criminal Minds

    Criminal Minds (2014)
Television (Crime, Drama, Mystery and Thriller) Actress Based in Quantico, Virginia, the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) is a subsection of the FBI. Called in by local police departments to assist in solving crimes of a serial and/or extremely violent nature where the perpetrator is unknown (referred to by the Unit as the unknown subject or unsub for short), the BAU uses the controversial scientific art of profiling to track and apprehend the unsub. Profiling entails coming up with basic characteristics of the unsub and the victims (referred to as the victimology), using evidence from the case and matching that information to historic precedents and psychological analyses as a means to solve the case. Because of the nature of the work conducted by the BAU - the work being time consuming and psychologically demanding - its members are fiercely loyal to the Unit and to its other members. Also because of the work's overall demanding nature, not many members of the BAU have been able to maintain a happy or stable family life. Written by Huggo

  • Four Dogs

    Four Dogs (2013)
Film (Comedy and Drama) Actress In this voyeuristic, slice-of-life comedic drama, we spend a week in the world of twenty-two year old Oliver, who lives with his aunt and her four dogs in Encino, CA. Oliver has more imagination than ambition, and spends most of his time hanging out with his former acting class buddy, Dan, who's twice Oliver's age and one rejection away from calling it quits. These two unlikely friends pass the days away cruising around town, eating lunches, and hanging out back by the pool. But when a friend of his aunt's comes to stay at the house for a few nights while in town for business, Oliver's daily routine is shaken up and his sights are redirected towards the new woman living across the hall. Beautifully shot, with an eye for the natural and real, filmmaker Joe Burke captures a sincere honesty both in tone and character, and brings to the screen a world filled with humor, heart, and those little in between moments we can all relate to in our own way.
