About Jimo

Jimo Salako is a Filmmaker, Screenwriter and Artist. His work explores contemporary social issues, nature and the human condition.

I have written, directed and produced several short films which include ‘A Solid Bond’, ‘Assumptions’, ‘Lateef The Mechanic’, ‘The Conversation’, and ‘Staring at Strangers’. My films have been screened at numerous venues, and officially selected for the Edinburgh, London and Cannes Festivals. I am also the founder of 68 Films.
