After his best friend is killed, a young college student investigates the murder as the killer targets him and his surviving group of friends.
SYNOPSIS:
21 year old Noah Weber still reeling from a tragic incident 3 months ago, is forced to come to terms with his best friend Henry Preston's murder, as well as deal with strained relationships between him and his girlfriend Jenny Schroeder, as well as his once close friend Bree Jackson.
However, these are not the only struggles in Noah's life. Noah is well aware of the person responsible for Henry's murder and seeks justice. Problem is the killer is aware of Noah's knowledge and seeks to target him, Jenny, Bree, and Noah's roommate Riley Singer.
Now Noah and his friend must contend with surviving a killer out for blood, all while avoiding the watchful gaze of FBI agent Alec Martin. Furthermore, as the body count rises, secrets long hidden among the friends start to spill out, leading to a series of revelations that threaten to tear apart the group forever.

Like this! I agree with Maurice Vaughan if you add just a tad more specificity to it it might capture more people's attention. Especially if they're able to relate to it more (or less honestly).

I suggest changing "young" to the college student's main adjective.
