Vincenzo Stigliano

Vincenzo Stigliano (1984, Galatina, Lecce, Italy) holds a bachelor in film directing at the University of Bologna. Founder and owner of the Italy based production company "NextWord Produzioni Cinematografiche", he directed and produced many short movies which have been selected and awarded in prestigious international film festivals. His latest web series, "NextWord", has been selected in more than 20 festivals around the world including the Los Angeles Web Fest, Miami Web Fest, Austin Web Fest and then Rio, Dublin, Seoul, Rome, Berlin, Bilbao and many others. With the screenplay for the short film "Solitudine - Loneliness" he was selected as the best screenplay at the "New York Independent Film Festival" and at the prestigious "The Page 2016" in Los Angeles. His short film, "Solitudine - Loneliness" has participated in the selection for the prestigious "Festival de Cannes". With his short film "Be Cruel", with settings from the 1940s gangster movies, he has participated in various international festivals such as the "Prisma International Film Festival" and the "Lift-Off Global Network" and the great European Film Festival XX Edition.
