About Brunon

Born in 1993, Warsaw, Poland. Screenwriter, script consultant, occasionally director and producer. Member of the Polish Screenwriters' Guild. He experienced his first vivid contact with the film as an extra child in "Hi Tereska" (2001) directed by Robert Glinski. At about the same time, he wrote his first short story. At the age of 18, he dropped out of high school and went to Krakow to study Film Directing at the AMA Film Academy (where his lecturers were: Janusz Kondratiuk, Xawery Zulawski and Piotr Lenar). In the 2014-2017 he studied Film Studies at the Warsaw Film School. He graduated from screenwriting workshop at Bahama Films with Wiktor Piatkowski (the originator of the HBO Europe series "The Border", 2014-), with whom he works to this day. He writes feature screenplays, f.e. the fan Witcher movie "Alzur's Legacy" (2019, free to watch on YouTube), he also writes for television series - incl. "Cops" (2016-2019, Polsat TV, season 1-7), "War Girls" (2019, TVP, season 3). Currently (2022), he is working on a premium crime series and a screenplay for a new gangster comedy. The film, based on his script, "The Mill", is scheduled to premiere this year.
