Film Festivals - with there being so many, which to choose from?

What type of Film festivals does the panel suggest for low budget short films, shot with a budget under $5,000 ?

I agree with Randy Brown. Go onto Withoutabox.com. That is the #1 Film Festival site around the world. They will let you know the qualifications you need to meet. Most of the time I don't think they have a "Low budget" short film festival.

Hey Jacqueline, I have submitted a few films through withoutabox and do not get bombarded EVERYDAY. In fact, sometimes I find out about possibilities when they are at the late deadline and cost more. Remember, it just takes a sec to delete an unwanted email.
