Lori produced the Crazy 8s bubble gum horror short “Consumer” in association with Naltobel Productions, which been selected as a TOP 5 WINNER in the @stage32 Short Film Program.
An alumni of Gastown Actors Studio, Lori is passionate about supporting women in theatre and film. She co-founded Frolicking Divas Productions and produced and acted in numerous female driven theatre productions, such as "Rabbit Hole", "Lascivious Something", "Criminal Hearts" and the Jessie award nominated first Canadian production of "Heathers the Musical".
In addition to acting in theatre and film, Lori also produced numerous shorts that have screened at short film festivals such as Portland, Venezia Shorts Italy, City of Angels Women’s film festival, California Women’s film festival, Hot Springs International Women’s film festival, Toronto International Women film festival, NSI, Tokyo International short festival, Long Beach Island International Film Festival and Indie Shorts Awards New York.
Lori participated in the Producers’ Workshop at the Cannes Film Festival, representing the Leo nominated film Red Eye, with red trike media inc., (shot with an all female cast and crew), and in 2019 she produced “A Pregnant Woman”, with AGA Productions, which was selected as part of the Harold Greenberg/Creative BC Shorts program.
She served as part of the inaugural Diversity of Voices Initiative at Banff World Media Festival and has two tv series in development.
Time Helmet, her first feature she produced with Family of Five Productions is in post production. She is excited about her latest feature Limbs, currently in development.
