About Mike
I am an award-winning author whose first book, Dublin, came out in 2007, followed by When the Sky Fell, American Midnight, The Crystal Portal, After the Cross, Love's Second Chance, After the Sky Fell, Arena Planet and Mind Writer. These books were written in different genres. I have also published a number of novellas, short stories and writing articles in various magazines and anthologies. Turning my attention to film, three of my scripts have been produced as shorts, one of which was nominated for a writing award at the Project 168 film festival. My feature-length screenplay, Jason’s Hope, has been optioned by a production company, and awarded as a finalist in the Hollywood Screenplay Contest. My other screenplays, After the Cross and The Peaceful Kingdom, have also been optioned by production companies. I have written two pilots for TV series, entitled, Jason's Hope and Alcatraz. I am currently working with the producers for the TV show Expedition Unknown, in which we recently filmed an episode that also relates to the Alcatraz escape.
