About Jean-Michel

Jean-Michel is a passionate story teller , with decades of expertise in both the technical and artistic areas of filmmaking, internationally. He was genuinely made for the industry.
He began as an A camera, Steadicam® and crane operator and subsequently elevated to directing prime time TV series in France. With experience in over one hundred films around the world, he's seen so much on sets and backstage so that he knows how to be ready for the unexpected and likes to turn obstacles into benefits.
That makes him a confident manager of large scale productions and having a thorough knowledge of all the film professions and techniques, he has the secret sauce for bringing in the right people on a production and getting the best out of them.

Now based out of Chicago, he is always willing to create new partnerships.
