Christian Cujovic

I was born in 1975 in Germany. From an early age on I have been intrigued with the fantastic genre and horror in particular. Since then I never stopped creating art that reflects my passion for strange and uncanny worlds. I made countless sketches, pictures and wallpapers depicting creature designs, robots, spaceships and more. I also developed several boardgames with science fiction and horror themes and sculpted a series of monstrous creatures.

After finishing school, I completed a one-year internship at a TV production company and then studied acting. Subsequently I worked on two projects with “La Fura dels Baus” at the “Nationaltheater Mannheim”. From 2001 until 2007 I was a permanent member of the “Badische Landesbühne” and acted on stage over 1000 times in a variety of different plays. I also appeared in several short films, two of them from the renowned “Filmakademie Ludwigsburg”. From 2009 until 2012 I attended four workshops with Hollywood acting coach Larry Moss, where I had the opportunity to work on a number of scenes to deepen my acting skills. Over the last years I extensively investigated the principals of storytelling and wrote the short story “Der Riss”. In 2022 I wrote a book for small children about little gnomes living in the Alpes, inspired by drawings that my grandfather made more than half a century ago. I also just I finished my feature film screenplay "TOXIC ROCK". When I am not writing, I work extensively with medical students as well as doctors in various fields of medicine, to help sharpen their communication skills with their patients.
