About Caitlin

Caitlin Burris is an advertising copywriter and aspiring screenwriter based in Salt Lake City. With support from Utah Film Commission, she wrote and produced her first short film, "Keepsake" (2019). She recently finished principal photography on her second short and directing debut, "The Other Half" (2022), with support from the Utah Division of Arts & Museums. A California native and UCLA graduate, Caitlin has always been enamored with the power of film. She hopes to continue to grow her craft and become a better storyteller.
