A facilitator is one of the unsung skills that goes into movie making. Do it wrong and the celebrity is sure to be inconvenienced or off schedule . Do it right and he/she operates like a finely tuned machine! That is our goal. As a facilitator we want to simply fit naturally into the flow of things of the celebrity/producer/director.
The goal is not some "right answer" or even consensus, but the collaborative exploration of ideas and issues. As a facilitator I will work with your productions project in effort to make your film project transportation and logistics needs flow much more easier. Ralph Strickland will provide professional driving services and indirect or unobtrusive assistance, guidance, or supervision in ways that enable other people to work in the way that suits them best. I come to you as a seasoned veteran in the film and entertainment industry with strong experience in discussing things and suggesting ways of doing things. I have worked as a facilitator with producers, directors in their early day in starting out in the film industry, that has gone on to become successful well known film makers of today.
