I've tried previous versions of the program and liked it. Once Adobe Animate started doing bones, I stuck with that for much of my vector animation. A little pricier than it used to be! But for those who don't like subscriptions, it's an option. Another program for a similar price is Toonboom Harmony, with the advantage that it's used often -- in television animation especially.
My first intro to the software was back when it was called Blender. It was SO complex, that I gave up on it. But, that's how they got me on their mailing list.
I'm actually starting to give some active thought to the project that will follow my graphic novel. I'm thinking of doing it as a motion comic similar to what was done for the game, Stray Gods.
I might bug you on occasion once I get started to see what you think.
Sorry I think you're mistaken. Blender is another app, an open source 3D program. Been around for years and still going strong. Moho has changed hands a couple times, for a while was called Anime Studio.
@mike Toonboom is no longer in the same price range. It has raised significantly for Toonboom Harmony 22. I wanted to upgrade from Toonboom Harmony 20 to 22 but I just couldn't justify the price difference based on the features I use.
You're right, I just checked the TBH price. The perpetual (non-subscription) for the basic version is at $442 now. Is there anything in version 22 that you can't do in version 20? I'm always on the latest version because I get it through my university, but I'm not taking advantage of the latest functions.

I subscribe to them on YouTube and I just got a TON of videos from them. My plan is to watch them over the weekend.

Mike Boas you're right! I gotta start keeping a list of software that I suck at.
