Not everyone reps or produces animation. Ideally, I would suggest you start by making a list of the producers who have experience producing animated material similar to your own. Once you have that "target list," try to get to those producers because they are most appropriate for your project. Cross-reference and see if those producers take pitches. If they don't take pitches, do further research to see if you can find agents/managers/producers who do take pitches and have a track record of doing business with the animation producers on your target list.
