@maurice vaughan this is a really cool question :) it depends by the kind and the genres of the films. For sure, I was a guitarist in the past life so I need a specific rhythm that it will be helpful during the editing process! :))

Cool, Mathias Rat. I think one thing that's missing from a lot of music videos is a great story. I think if more music videos had great stories, they'll get more views.

Maurice Vaughan yess! I totally agree with your words — I’m trying to reach this goal with music video projects but where I live it’s a little bit hard explain the multiple benefits of a story in a music video — most of artists want a “performance cut” but, I know, it could be to difficult to search for actors to include them into indie projects here but we'll see in the future :))

You could look for actors on here. You could post an ad in the Job Section (www.stage32.com/find-jobs) and search the Browse Members Section (www.stage32.com/people?name=&location=&roles=Actor).

Maurice Vaughan I mean when the band/artist plays the song (maybe with clothes/locations changing) — It’s pretty boring, I watch everyday some music videos with story and details like movies but not where I live…
Yes, I checked the section some time ago and there are a lot of talented people but there are two problems: 1) I shoot most of my work in South Italy 2) There’s a very low budget for one music video — most of the artists are independent/emerging so they don’t have much money to spend on it… I’ll be honest, it’s a very hard and frustrating situation, especially for those who wants make cinema…
