Hello all. I know I’m late to the introduction weekend, but didn’t want to miss you.
First off, I’m a complete industry outsider. I’ve been in Tech my entire career, so I’m in major learning mode.
I wrote my first screenplay in March of 2023. I’ve never considered myself creative and now I can’t stop writing. I’ve now completed my 4th, and all have placed in competitions. 12 more sit in my head, I just need time.
I’m here to just learn. I have no idea what the industry entails and I’d love to just connect and anyone who’s open to a short call or meet-up, I’d love to just learn.
I’m in Maplewood, NJ (an NYC Suburb).

I sort of came it filmmaking through a similar happenstance. I grew up around the space program, but always loved putting on plays, creating music, and shooting as much film as I could talk my parents in paying to have developed. I got obsessed with finding new ways of teaching through entertainment. I started obsessively studying filmmaking, I have a weekly science comedy show, I make short films that all have something educational about them, and I am working on my first two feature-length films. LOL.
