So, to recap....I have a history in radio, but was missing it so when given the chance to act I jumped at it, then as an effort to get the film seen we started a film festival in Wisconsin that ran for 19 years. I left the board due to burn-out after 18 years, hmm... Anyway, I have found my way into acting and production and filling in where needed at other gigs to pay the bills.
I was the AD and a Producer on a unique movie called - "Ed Gein:the musical" YES, you are reading that right. Have acted in commercials for car dealers, casino resorts, and leadership schools and have multiple projects in different stages of development. (Currently - 1 script - needs revision, 3 - novels all need to be adapted.)
I would love to connect, hear about your journey and who knows what could happen by making that connection. Best wishes!

Welcome to Stage 32 Jason Buss - very glad you're here. I've made the leap from writing novels to screenplays and I absolutely love it. At some point, I'd love to dip my toes in acting. I've been with S32 since November and loving it. Everyone is extremely supportive which I love.

Great to meet you, and congratulations on all your success, Jason Buss!!!
To sum up my writing journey: I started writing scripts in 12th grade, I'm self-taught, I didn't have a lot of resources the first few years of writing, I used to write huge-budget scripts until I learned it's better to write micro-budget and low-budget scripts starting out, fast forward, I found Stage 32, fast forward, I'd had a lot of success on Stage 32, fast forward, I met a lot of people and caught up with friends during this month's Introduce Yourself Weekend. :)
