Introduce Yourself : New to Stage32 Writer/Creator Seeking Dialogue/Script Collaborator & Concept Artist for Original Anime-Inspired Project by Nicholas Piscopo

New to Stage32 Writer/Creator Seeking Dialogue/Script Collaborator & Concept Artist for Original Anime-Inspired Project

Hi everyone,

My name is Nicholas Piscopo, I’m 32, and I’m looking to take a major step forward with a project I’ve spent months building from the ground up. While I have limited professional writing experience, I’ve developed a fully fleshed-out world, detailed character arcs, and two season-length outlines for an original anime-inspired story called EVO.

EVO is a gritty, emotionally driven fantasy set in the Earthlike false utopia of Vaal where EVO's (humans who have reached the next stage of Evolution) are hunted by the sinister World Government in an attempt to rid the world of them and assume total control of Vaal. That is until one man, the pinnacle of human evolution is forced to take action. This story follows adult themes such as suicide, mental health, graphic violence, extreme emotional trauma, etc.

I’m looking for:

A script collaborator or dialogue writer who can help refine the emotional voice of the characters and bring nuance to critical scenes.

A concept artist or visual designer to create 3–5 key characters and a few environment shots for use in a future pitch deck or series bible.

My goal is to eventually pitch this project as either an animated series or a graphic novel series. I’m fully open to building long-term creative relationships and I’m serious about turning this into something real. I don’t pretend to know everything—but I’m confident in the story, the world, and the potential.

If you're a creative who’s passionate about original worldbuilding and gritty, emotionally resonant storytelling—or if you're just looking for a grounded, motivated collaborator—I’d love to hear from you.

You can reach me here on Stage32 or at thenickyp319@gmail.com

Thanks for your time,

Nicholas Piscopo

Hi, Nicholas Piscopo. Welcome to the Stage 32 community. Here's a blog that'll help you navigate Stage 32 and connect with creatives and industry professionals: www.stage32.com/blog/how-to-successfully-navigate-the-stage-32-platform-...

I suggest adding a profile picture and a detailed bio to your profile. People will feel more comfortable networking and collaborating with you if they know what you look like. And if you have a picture, your profile will show up when someone searches for you. A detailed bio will help you build relationships/network on here. You could add things to your bio like why you became an author, your accomplishments, your goals, info about EVO, and what books, movies, and shows you like.
