Hey guys, I just staarted a new project with the 5th Ward Chamber of Commerce and the City of Las Vegas, Nevada to restore the Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino. Our plans are to turn this Historical strip of land and the Harrison House where Sammy Davis Jr. and other Black Entertainers on the Strip had to stay because they were not allowed to stay in the Strip Hotels. My friend Sarann who was the last owner of the Moulin Rouge before it went Bankrupt passed before I could honor her wishes. I was mad busy at the time with OFA's Women's Leadership Corps, School, and all things Ruby Zandra. Next week I will be returning to Las Vegas to help with the Moulin Rouge Family Reunion and em barque on fulfilling Ms. Sarann's dreams may she rest in peace. I hope I can depend on my Stage 32 family to help me bring culture to Las Vegas in a bold and beautiful way embracing our history and building upon it.
