Burke and Hare - The West Port Murders Screenplay

Multi award winner screenplay that I have been researching and working on since December 2021, tells the dark story of 19th century serial killers Burke and Hare in Edinburgh, Scotland. It has been created as a 4 part, feature length, limited series that builds to an epic finally with cliffhangers ending each episode.

Logline: In the dark underbelly of Edinburgh 1828, Burke and Hare enter a pact as they venture on a murder spree, selling the bodies of their victims to anatomist Dr Knox, but unbeknown to them, journalist Archibald Johnson hurtles into a path of danger and intrigue that will lead him to reveal all in a city where the two worlds of rich and poor collide in a melting pot of greed, corruption and power.

"We are drawn into the two different worlds of privilege and the other of lower class and want to witness what happens as these two worlds begin to merge." - Screen Craft

"cliffhangers that drive the story forward" - Cannes Film Festival Review

It has won awards in: Los Angeles Film Awards, Festigious (Los Angeles), Best Script Award London and Bridge Fest (Vancouver) as well as Honorable Mentions at New York Screenwriting Awards and Cinematography and Photography Awards (London).

Good story! I've read about Burke and Hare, and what they did. You mention it's a "four part, feature length mini-series." What do you mean by this? Is it four 30 minute episodes, or four 120 minute sections?
