To be a Bronx girl, from the slums of NYC's largest ghetto, and be seen by media/tv leaders such as Mike Gauyo had me ALLLLL THE WAY in my feelings. We made it to Round Two of the Stage 32 Black Boy Writes/Black Girl Writes Mentorship Initiative Program! WOW. I'm just a ghetto girl with a story I've been dying to tell since I was 13 years old. The Bronx deserves it's place in Hollywood and I'm going to make sure we are seen. Thank you for the opportunity to prove myself--I will not disappoint. <3 xoxo
