What is consept in screenwriting ( I'm not native speaker)
I was reading an article about screenwriting techniques and met with concept but I didn't understand exactly what it is. Can someone explain that please?
A logline, is a brief one sentence summary that describes the central conflict of the story. It's who the story is about, what their goal is and what stands in their way.
Then there’s “high concept,” which describes a story so simple and universal it is both easy to explain and engrossing. For example, “A tycoon’s dream of cloning dinosaurs for a theme park becomes a nightmare when the attractions break free.”

The concept is simply an idea of what the film will be about.
İs it something like logline?

Concept: Two people fall in love.
Logline: When two damaged people meet in a mental hospital, they fall in love and struggle with their pasts to make the relationship work..
