Screenwriting : What is the most easiest part for you when it comes to screenwriting? by Bintou Kaba

Bintou Kaba

What is the most easiest part for you when it comes to screenwriting?

Answer: For me, I love the rewriting part. Just having a story that comes together is very satisfying for me. It makes me happy and proud of myself. My story-telling talent gives me purpose and hope that I will have a great future. Sadly, dealing with toxic parents made me sad and devastate for the future, but my writing makes me happy!

I think the easiest part is outlining, Bintou Kaba. It's also the most fun because you're coming up with characters, scenes, etc.

Nick Waters

For me, it's getting the big picture concept in my head before actually writing.

Vikki Harris

The easiest part for me is determining the beginning and the ending.

Mark Garbett

The drinking after completing a draft. So easy.

Craig D Griffiths

The excitement of the start. Then getting to know my people. Then making their story as consumer friendly as possible.

J. Patrick Hayden

You all are awesome!!! The easiest part for me is turning on the computer. It gets really turbulent thereafter!!! I find dialogue to be easy if I have thoroughly created the character's backstory, perspective etc. I love when it feels like they are telling me what to write, and I am channeling their story.

I am so sorry Bintou. Sending you love and tons of hugs.

Bintou Kaba Just remember that you have a future regardless of your present situation. I would encourage you to use that in your writing. There's nothing richer than incorporating life experience into your writing. Hang in there. But as for me, I would say the easiest (and funnest) part is the logline. Once I have that, the soul of the story is complete.

Geoff Hall

Bintou Kaba the ‘easiest’ part is world-building and writing. The hardest part is convincing a Producer or Exec to come on board.

Emily J

For me, it's the ideas and seeing the broad scope of the story with a really clear vision of how it would look and feel. I can come up with new ones endlessly. The hard part is making time to get them all done

Jim Boston

Bintou, the easiest thing I do as a screenwriter/TV writer is...coming up with ideas.

I hear where you're coming from about having to deal with toxic parents. Me, I grew up with an alcoholic mother (she died at age 49 on 3-31-1983...would've turned 90 on 8-8-2023).

Pins and needles every step of the way.

I hope a great future for you, too...and all of the VERY BEST.
