My boy Miles and I have been working like dogs these past few weeks to get some action going. This includes the following: 1. Entered Shore TV Pilot and Feature contest. 2. Entered Screencraft Action screenplay contest 3. Entered miscellaneous film festival script contests 4. Successfully solicited and pitched Inktip Producer a logline and synopsis and then scrambled to write a one hour drama pilot and show bible 5. Pitched Happy Writers producers and got a script request and waiting for response on a few others 6. Checked out Craigslist wanted ads and pitched a few of those. 7. Polished a few older scripts up 8. Contacted a producer I know to see if he was looking for material 9. Trying to pitch Amazon some material for the umpteenth time. Still awaiting response 10. Read several scripts from other writers I admire and provided feedback and in turn, received feedback from them on two of my screenplays 11. Prayed to deity of my choice everyday I encourage you to use this thread to tell all your S32 pals what you’re doing. This will possibly help them with their endeavors.
That list is quite impressive, actually. Keep up the continued great work. I do have a question though, how are you pitching to Amazon? How did you make that connection? Thanks.

You are always going the extra Miles, P. Wish my cats didn't sleep so much... no matter, there seems to be a portal of new ideas opening out there right now. I can hardly decide which of the two recent completed scripts deserves rewriting first, or if the two ideas freshly percolating should be committed to first draft first! Oh, the problems of creativity. Here's to the positive exploitation of screenplay brainstorms everywhere!

Eric: Spielberg uses my mom's dry cleaning store in Malibu. Put your ET sequel on a mini-drive and I'll have her slip it into his tuxedo jacket. Also, Cameron is doing a Titanic sequel called "Rose" where the main character survives long enough to have a ride on the Hindenburg's flight to Lakehurst New Jersey.

Phil, this is fantastic and it's also a great example of ACTION! I've completed 2/3rds of my Pilot you have (read the first 15). I'm polishing a script I'm getting ready to submit to ScreenCraft's Action Comp. I'm taking 30 minutes a day to respond to individuals here on, Stage32. I too am continuously speaking to my deity of choice and asking for more help in finding similarities in life, rather than differences.

Stephen: I admire your writing ability, drive and attitude. Proud to know you and you have my support whenever required. Jim: I'm not sure I'll be buying a ticket to AFF but I'll definitely come down to party with S32 and other folks like yourself. Sixth street and the Driscoll are both great places to hang.
As am I, Phillip. Thank you!
