The Cupcake Girls is an organization by women and for women - women who work in the sex industry and need a helping hand. BRIDGETOWN CHRONICLES highlights organizations and people in the Portland, Oregon area that are fighting for social change in the worlds of addiction, human trafficking, and the sex trade. We also will talk with individuals who have personally been affected by addiction or human trafficking. These are short portrait documentaries that take a deeper look into subject matter from the upcoming film, BRIDGETOWN. The film is about a father who struggles with addiction and must make a choice between staying down the path of addiction or finally being a part of his estranged daughter's life - the only family he has left.
