Monster Next Door is a feature length film that tells the story of the life and untimely death of Sellis Gonzales, who was brutally murdered by her ex-boyfriend in Brooklyn, New York in the fall of 2013. Domestic Violence takes the life of 3 women every day in the US, and this is in a region where domestic violence rates are amongst the lowest in the world. Our goal is first to create a very powerful film, with the hopes that it can contribute to domestic violence advocacy efforts on a global scale.
