Introduce Yourself : Fairly new and introducing myself by Dina Faye Gilmore

Hello! I have not introduced myself to the community before, so I am venturing into the Stage 32 family waters. My name is Dina Gilmore, I'm originally from Dallas, TX and have lived in Denver, CO for 8 years. I just wrapped my first movie short April 30, 2020 while I was a full-time college student. I graduated May 16, 2020 with my degree in Digital Media Journalism. I am taking my dreams and running with it because I spent 45 years (I'm 49 now) living a life for everyone else but myself. My dream was always to be an artist and I found my true love in digital media with filmmaking and photography that compliment my writing history. I posted my movie trailer under videos. I am currently submitting to film festivals for the short I Executive Produced and Directed written by award-winning screenwriter David-Matthew Barnes, recently applied to 2 TV pilot 1/2 hour competitions with an original script and 16 competitions for a movie short screenplay both written by me. I am excited to see where my new career will take me! I am happy to be here and network to meet more entertainment industry professionals, so thank you for having me.
