A few days ago, at the bottom of the world, I dived into this sea of intense Stage 32 creative juices. (I'm in South Australia where, from the beach at the end of my road, there are only 5,000 kilometres between me and Antarctica).
What an entree it was, with three hours from Christopher Mack! They could turn out to be the best three hours I've ever spent - we shall see. I'm excited to play out my creative future alongside Stage 32 members, as we open discussions and collaborations that can't even be imagined yet.
We know the arts and entertainment industries will lead the world out from under this heavy, dark blanket we've all had to endure since the beginning of last year, and I'm taking that responsibility to heart.
From here on, I pledge to laugh at myself more, waste time unproductively when I need to, and work with others to shed the blanket for a brighter, more entertaining and sustainable world for everyone.
Hi! I'm Vic, it's nice to meet you.

Hey, Victoria Morgan! My name is Kay, I'm the Community Manager here at Stage 32. If you'd like to learn more about myself and the Stage32 Team, we have an intro blog: https://www.stage32.com/blog/Meet-the-Stage-32-Team Nice to meet you, Vic, and welcome to the community!
Wow, literally at the bottom of the world! Would you be interested in participating in the "Paris, Je T'aime" challenge I posted in the Filmmakers Lounge? It's just a fun way to get to know people through their city:

So glad you enjoyed the workshop with Chris Mack! What are you working on? And what are you doing when you waste time reproductively? LOL! Personally, I've started taking "dance breaks" which basically looks like some sort of 12-year-old sugar-induced flailing about, but with fun jams, who cares, right? LOL
I'm sure you've already discovered the Screenwriting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting) but I'd love for you to post in the Acting Lounge as well! https://www.stage32.com/lounge/acting I bet you get lots of work with your lovely accent!
Keep in mind that these lounges are like the VIP Filmmaker's Lounges at Film Festivals, so this is where you can meet the people doing the work, get advice on anything you're working on, and/or give back to those who may need advice. We're a very supportive and encouraging community! I think you'd also enjoy my intro blog post on how to engage with the Stage32 Community:

Enjoy exploring the lounges, and don't forget to comment and respond to others’ posts, too! It's the best way to really connect! And, of course, feel free to reach out at any time. Cheers!

Hey Victoria, welcome! This really is a cool online community. Poke around in the Lounges and after a short time you really do get to know people. I must say I LOVE your title for your short 'As Mad As A Cut Snake'. Is there a link to be able to watch it online? Perhaps I'll see you in the Wrtier's Room. Cheers!

Karen "Kay" Ross I waste time productively with screens and without. I love to watch films and TV shows. Afterwards, I think about whether I viewed them critically from a performance/production POV, or whether I got lost in the story. Like you, I dance uncomfortably - I attend adult ballet classes where I spend an entire hour focussed on nothing but placing my feet and arms where they are supposed to be (and I'm not often correct :) :) Thank you too for the lounge links, they are great.
Richard "RB" Botto thank you so much for your lovely comment - we're all very lucky to be a part of Stage 32.
Sarah Gabrielle Baron We are fixing sound issues at the moment and I will let you know when it will be available to watch - thank you for your interest :)
Carmen Mosley & Bruce Radek thank you for your comments - it's good to meet you :)
