Hi Amanda. Welcome! This is absolutely the best place to start networking! It is the best bang for your buck when it comes to getting real alive screen time with top level executives (see Script Services). Make sure you get a few eyes on your script and take notes before you pitch. If someone requests your script you want it to be in the absolute best shape possible. Also, if you're looking for community, consider taking a webinar. I take one about once a month. If you're looking for a writer's community, consider joining the Writer's Room (red button, top right). Cheers!
