Hello everyone!
I am a writer, producer, director from South Africa. I worked as a freelancer for a while when I started out, later worked for a production company as a production manager. I have been working as an independent producer for my own company HD N3twork since 2018. I wrote, produced and directed a self funded project which is now licensed to a local broadcaster. I wrote, produced and directed a movie titled Entangled, funded by the KZN Film Commission last year, it was selected for Durban Film Mart Content Shop (2021) and awarded Trace Studios Award for distribution. I am currently developing two features: a Romantic Comedy funded by the Durban Film Office, and a Dramedy funded by KZN Film Commission. I am passionate about women's stories exploring love, relationships, rights (not as an activist, but as a storyteller), family dynamics, culture, tradition and life in general. I am happy to be part of the Stage32 family. I only joined this year but it's such a great platform for us as film industry practitioners.
