I'm with Shadow Dragu-Mihai, Esq., Ipg,. The foreclosure notice and the "Vin Diesel-wanabee" are the whole story - focus on that and bits to establish the characters (10-15 seconds each). Cut it to 1-2 minutes and you'll have a great trailer that creates buzz.

BTW, it's so very well done: production, performances.
