Dall-E is online, AI, image creation software. Simply type in a description, wait a minute or two, voila. Skills in basic Photoshop or other image manipulation software also helps.
The attached image text: "Alien Spacecraft Over Manhattan." 'Alien Spacecraft' worked better than 'UFO'. The 'Vampire Teddy Bear' and 'Teddy Bear Firing a Machine Gun' images were a hoot. Have fun!

Thanks for this resource, E Langley! I tried it out. I think I have an idea for a new script!

I've been playing with DALL.E on labs.openai, for which you need an invite and there are limits to the number of images you can create, but this litle app is terrific - thank you so much for sharing it.

My pleasure.
When using a real person, the face distorts. Any tips on how to make them look normal?

"Kittens in Space." Sounds like an exciting family movie. Sci-Fi/Adventure.

Nice, Stephanie. How about KOSMIC KATS.

Hi Stephanie Madison - the cat is purely AI generated, as is the whole image via www.craiyon.com after experimenting with the 'filters' ; I need to practise it more! But definitely handy for storyboarding and all sorts! :)

'Kitties in Space' is actually a play by John Joseph Enright; I directed a part of it at the London Sci-Fi Festival (pre-pandemic) (I'll see if I can dig out another pic of the guys in costume)- it was in my mind as the full version is doing a run in Chicago (Otherworld Theatre) - by coincidence, I just checked on FB and they are taping it today, will be broadcasting it on NBC next week - I will try to add updates if anyone's interested to see it!

@E This looks good, being Indie I don’t have “constant” access to Pro story boarders. Off course when needs must I draw stick figures etc but this would be a user friendly app to have on the back burner. Not that I’m good at Apps, my dream is to have a full time secretary who knows all the right programmes to juggle.

Welcome, Tony.
E Langley yes, this was a hot topic at an art forum I attended just last week,
whatever the fallout in terms of making millions of human visual artists obsolete, it is real and it's functional and the first powerful glimpse of a looming tidal wave, a spectacular fusion of a market need with the AI we know and love,
I'm seeing many amazing images from friends who are beta-testing and it's certainly giving me a lot to think about.

Daniel Stuelpnagel that's fantastic. Thank you.
Okay. Stephanie. Deal.
KOSMIC KATS
After a giant furball destroys their world, a litter of technologically advanced kittens who scour the Universe for a planet to conquer land on Earth.
I would watch that, E Langley!

Sounds similar to Midjourney, I'm definitely gonna have to check it out. These programs seem to open up a lot of possibilities.

Midjourney is nice software, Lisa. Thanks. The upscale feature is great. But it's a bit expensive.
