Most of my favorite directors are asshats, on-set and home wreckers. All dudes.
Testify! We are creatively displacing megatons of familiar conceptual space to articulate and satisfy this mandatory magic, to create and revel in the shock of the new; there’s no capitulation, only perseverance. Mostly you have to lead, at the outset, to lead your self, to the abundant oasis of inspiration, craft, philosophy, and the new realm of living in your creative power each moment.

Leadership to create innovation is utterly dependent upon empowering your artists. Dominating them, micromanaging them, usurping their creativity wrecks their potential and lives. Push hard to let go of authority and keep all responsibility.
